Thank you to all the TRHS seniors who applied for 2020 Roosevelt Foundation & Alumni Association scholarships! A total of 74 students applied for the available scholarships.
The winners will be notified via email by June 1, 2020. (In past years, recipients were announced in the May graduation program and the scholarship checks mailed to their schools in August. Due to the COVID-19 disruption, the committee is waiting for student transcripts to arrive from the school counselor’s office before making its final decision.)
We send our heartiest appreciation to the generous benefactors who fund our Scholarships program, and look forward to announcing the list of recipients in our June e-newsletter.
Please note: There is still time to contribute to our 2020 Scholarships fund! Every dollar raised goes directly to the trade school, college, or university selected by graduating Roughriders who are furthering their education after Roosevelt.
